This notice explains how Akın Çağrı processes your personal data when you use our website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

What data we process

Request details: the message you write in the contact or quote form, the product, quantity and delivery place.
Website usage and security data: technical information about your device and connection when you visit the site (for example IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages visited).

To answer your messages and quote requests and to contact you,
To provide our products and services and prepare quotes,
To keep the website secure and prevent misuse and unwanted messages,
To improve the website and our services and to produce visit statistics,
To meet our legal obligations.

How we collect it and the legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on the website and through its use. Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to establishing or performing a contract (c), it is necessary to meet our legal obligations (ç), and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). For the cookies used for visit statistics it relies on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie notice.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with the hosting, e-mail and analytics service providers we use and with authorised public bodies. These providers may be located abroad; data is transferred abroad only when one of the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK is met.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and the relevant legislation provides; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction of incomplete or wrong data and for that to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; ask for deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing no longer exist and for that to be notified to those third parties; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send your requests in writing, by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address registered with us, to akinsufraci@msn.com / +90 544 447 48 66, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller. We conclude applications within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If you find our reply insufficient you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning our reply and in any case within sixty days of your application.
